Complete TAT
If you like a headache, knock yourself out, otherwise avoid like the plague. This tat is from China. Takes months to arrive. Order was wrong. Random items. Customer service team are deluded… think a partial store credit is just what you’re hankering after when they’ve sent you a pile of junk & they will not pay for refund (despite sending you the wrong items). Costs a fortune to return & then they cannot get the math right when refunding your card. Utter cowboys!

Cancellation and refund problem-free
Cancellation and refund went without problems.
When I found out about the bad reviews, I immediately canceled my order of €240. I can't say anything about the quality of the products, only that my cancellation email was answered after 2 days and I got my money back quickly. If you try to cancel on the website you will get an error message. Just writing an email helps.

Shoddy returns system - it will cost you at least £20 to make any returns from the UK
I like the product, however 1 pair of shorts and a vest were too small but the company offers no free returns label. Overall the items I want to return cost £40, it cost £20 to return to China so lost £20. They offered a £13 partial refund as they are fully aware of their dodgy returns system.

Just not worth it
Made an order for some performance shorts - shipping would be international.
Could not get their tracking applet to work on two different devices and on two different ISPs. The customer service link on the site was broken. Checked trust pilot and saw poor reviews on not only product quality but shipping times (let alone returns)
Replied to the order confirmation e-mail stating I did not trust the site and that I would like my money back. They replied stating they would refund - not had the money back yet but will update when I do.
Edit: it's been a week an still no money in my account. Plus I have been recieving spam emails since the transaction meaning they have sold my information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Believe the reviews. Total fraud. I have been emailing for weeks and they offered partial credit (they did not send a single correct item in my order so a partial credit is unacceptable). I am now disupting with my credit card company.

The quality of the clothes is terrible, return impossible
The quality of the clothes is terrible, absolutely terrible, pure plastic (the items don't even have a usual tag on it where you can see the material). Today my order has finally arrived (ordered on April 20, 2023, received on May 11, 2023), and after seeing what kind of rubbish it is, I try to make a return, but it is impossible to even log in to the site.

Nicht mal ein Stern haben die verdient 😡 billig Ware gut aussehend im Netz verkaufen , 2 andere Pullover erhalten als Bestellt und als dank bleib ich auf 71 € sitzen 😡🖕 drecks Verein. Bloß die Finger davon lassen 👍

Terrible quality, no refund as they will ghost you after asking to explain what was wrong with the purchase and to send them pictures (as if they dont know their products are terrible) Just a scam to be flagged and avoided. Rip

Abzocke, es wurden 3 gleiche Größe bestellt und alle haben unterschiedliche Größe. Retoure nicht möglich oder mit hohen Kosten.
